You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Note that RM4 Pro configures over 2.4 GHz Wi Fi only, not 5 GHz, for initial setup and operation.
Pair RM4 Pro with Alexa or Google Home to control TVs, STBs, air conditioners, and fans by voice. With IFTTT, you can design simple automations and routines. Ensure external access is enabled so commands function when you are away from home, and follow the steps to link BroadLink in your preferred voice or automation apps.
Optionally connect a USB temperature and humidity sensor to the RM4 Pro. The BroadLink app can display room conditions to help you tailor comfort settings. FastCon technology powers zero-configuration pairing: after adding the first FastCon device, other compatible devices are automatically discovered and shown in the app.
BroadLink backs this hub with a one‑year warranty and 24/7 technical support. Helpful video guides are available on the Amazon Brand Store and YouTube, and you can share feedback through the BroadLink Community in the app to get help when needed.

We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
