Is shipping free?
Yes. All products ship free within Canada.
How long does shipping take?
  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to weather or carrier operations.
Which carriers do you use?
We may ship via Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post. Carrier selection depends on your address, package size, and item sensitivity.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes — we ship to PO Boxes within Canada.
Will I get tracking?
Tracking may be provided when available. If tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.
What if my package is delayed or missing?
Email us with your order number and postal code. We’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve it.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and email us with photos of the item and packaging as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
What items are eligible for return?
Change-of-mind returns are generally accepted if items are new and unused and include original packaging and parts (when applicable). We confirm eligibility during support.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If a return is required, refunds are typically processed after the return is received and inspected. Bank posting time may vary.
Who pays return shipping?
  • If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we’ll work with you on a fair solution.
  • If it’s a change of mind, return shipping costs may apply.
What if I received the wrong item or a defective item?
Email us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help with a replacement, refund, or another fair solution.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us your order number as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address details. If the order has shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
We can review bulk requests depending on the product and quantity. Email us the items and quantities you need.

Yes. Tell us:
