You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

It works with the SWS54 water detector kit and FS31 smoke alarm kit, and requires the X-Sense SBS50 base station to operate. Note that it connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and does not link directly to the X-Sense Home Security App.

When a leak is detected, you’ll receive a push alert on your phone, enabling a quick check even when you’re away from home. If needed, you can mute the alarm from the app, the base station, or the sensor itself, providing flexible control in wakeful moments or simulated presence scenarios.
The SWS51 is an accessory for the SWS54 kit and is compatible with the FS31 smoke alarm kit. Remember: it requires the SBS50 base station to operate, and it only works over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (not 5.0 GHz). The note ensures you have the right components before installation.
