Description
xOverview
The Sobalai #7 Metal Roof Pipe Flashing Boot is designed to seal around pipe openings ranging from 6" to 11" in diameter. It merges a sturdy aluminum base with a durable EPDM silicone exterior, offering flexibility for round vents such as furnace pipes and chimneys on metal or corrugated roofs. This flashing boot is built to perform across varied climates, helping you address common roofing penetrations with a single, adaptable solution.
Why it matters
A distinctive square base helps create a tight footprint around the pipe, reducing gaps that can lead to wind-driven moisture. The combination of high-temp silicone with a rugged aluminum core supports a broad temperature range while remaining flexible enough to accommodate pipe movement and roof flex. While no product can guarantee leak-free results in every scenario, these design choices are intended to support reliable sealing and long-term performance across typical roofing applications.
