You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Aqara U100 Smart Lock blends biometric convenience with robust smart home control for a modern entry solution. Fully integrated into Apple HomeKit through Apple Home Key, you can unlock the door by tapping your iPhone or Apple Watch, even if your device is low on power. You’ll also be able to manage and share door access with guests via Apple Home Hub-enabled scenes and controls.
Beyond touch and tap, you can unlock with a fingerprint, or via the Aqara Home app using remotely configured credentials. Local data, including fingerprints, is stored on device with AES encryption, helping keep sensitive information private.
Automate access within a broader smart home setup. With an Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub, the U100 works with Alexa and IFTTT, and it can be controlled through the Aqara Home app. For example, you can view who is at your door with the Aqara Video Doorbell G4 and unlock the lock from a single dashboard when appropriate.
The U100 is built from a zinc alloy body and carries an IP65 weatherproof rating, making it suitable for varied climates and door types. It accepts four AA alkaline batteries, delivering up to eight months of use, with a USB-C port on the lock for emergency charging. The lock operates across a wide temperature range from -31°F to 151°F, and all sensitive data stays locally stored and AES encrypted.
Apple Home access sharing may require an Apple Home Hub. Adding the lock to the Aqara Home app restricts resets to the administrator's fingerprint or password, ensuring controlled access.

We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
