How It Works

The device manages two independent loads with two sensors. The humidity sensor can trigger the fan when moisture rises above a preset level, while the motion sensor can auto turn on the lights when you enter. You can switch between Occupancy Mode (auto on/off lights and fan) and Vacancy Mode (manual lights with auto fan). Four time delay settings let you tailor how long devices stay active.
