This valve kit replaces older components and pairs with Watts 500800/500805 and Grundfos UP Comfort series, installing discreetly under the sink at the fixture farthest from the water heater.

What it does is simple in theory and effective in practice: as the hot water line cools, the sensor automatically opens to push a small amount of water back to the heater, helping maintain flow. When the hot line reaches about 98 F, the valve closes, delivering hot water with minimal wait time. This combination of responsive control and quick access reduces water waste and makes daily routines smoother in kitchens and baths.
