Description
xRefresh and modernize your water heating with the puxyblue EWH-01 Tune-Up Kit
The 2026 Upgrade EWH-01 brings a thoughtful refresh to aging electric water heaters. By pairing TOD style thermostats with two screw-in heating elements, the kit supports more reliable hot water temperature and quicker recovery between uses. This is not a guarantee of faster results for every setup, but many users notice smoother temperature response and more consistent hot water availability.
What you get
- 2× Thermostats rated for 90F to 150F, designed for precise temperature control
- 2× Copper heating elements with gaskets, screw-in type for secure seating
- All parts built for durability and tested to industry norms
Wide compatibility and smart maintenance
The kit is designed to work with many popular brands, including A.O. Smith, Bradford White, Craftmaster, General Electric, Kenmore, Whirlpool, Lochinvar, Mor-Flo, Reliance, Rheem, Richmond, Ruud, and State. TOD style thermostats are interchangeable with Apcom style thermostats, giving installers more flexibility. Regular maintenance can help keep your water heater performing closer to its best over time.
Simple installation and safe operation
- Power off the unit before starting work. Read the manual before you begin.
- Replace the old thermostat and heating element following manufacturer instructions for proper seating.
- Note: Do not set thermostats above 120F to reduce scalding risk; ensure a snug fit within the tank.
