Description
xMeet the EZARC 4 1/2 Cut Off Wheel, a carbide cutting disc designed for dry metal cutting with the flexibility to handle other common materials when used with compatible tools. Built for continuous performance in demanding shop environments, it blends durability, precision, and cleaner operation into a single disc.
Engineered for durable metal cutting
- Diamond Technology: Delivers 5,000+ more cuts for metal and lowers cost per cut against bonded cut-off wheels.
- All in 1 Metal Solution: Dry cutting of metal, rebar, iron, alloy steel, aluminum, pipes, and sheet metal; over 100x longer life than bonded wheels in metal cutting applications.
- Avoid Injury: Solid steel wheel body reduces shatter risk and is designed to minimize dust generation for a cleaner workspace.
- Industrial Quality: Built for accurate cutting performance, longevity, stability, and integrity — cutting longer, faster, and more reliably than many competing wheels.
- Accurate Cutting: Maintains original wheel diameter throughout its life for consistent control and precision.
What to expect in real use
- Efficient metal cutting pace with steady performance across different metals and thicknesses.
- Cleaner operation thanks to reduced dust and contaminant free composition.
- Consistent results from start to finish thanks to diameter stability.
- Reliable life span suitable for prolonged jobs without frequent wheel changes.
Tips for best results: use with appropriate safety gear, ensure grinder compatibility, and confirm correct guard clearance for optimal performance.
