You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The ZEN30 800LR is designed for indoor use with accessible wiring. It uses pigtail leads and sits just 1.1" deep, making it suitable for shallow switch boxes. A neutral wire is required, and the unit should not be paired with traditional 3-way/4-way setups in those configurations. ETL certified and backed by a 5-year warranty when registered.

We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
