xMeet the Xmnbl GSTB-R STB-BL Garage Door Sensor—a reliable replacement sensor designed for Genie openers manufactured after 1993. It’s compatible with models like Genie 7155 Stealth Drive Connect and Genie 2055 QuietLift 550, among others. Its compact form plate blends with most door safety beams, delivering crisp detection to help keep doors, pets, and family members safe as they approach the doorway.
Compatibility and Patented Safety Beam
Built to work with a broad range of Genie garage door openers produced after 1993. If you’re unsure about fitment, contact us for guidance before purchasing. This product features a patented safety beam concept designed to enhance door safety without altering your existing system.
Swift, Smart Safety Response
When the beam detects an obstacle, the system can trigger an emergency stop and a quick reversal in approximately 0.1 seconds. This rapid response aims to reduce the chance of accidental contact or damage near the door.
Durable, Weather-Ready Design
Manufactured from high-strength ABS engineering plastic, the sensor resists shocks and aging. It passes waterproof, dustproof, and weather resistance tests and remains functional across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 60°C, even in heavy rain or bright sun.
Installation and Maintenance at a Glance
Installation steps are straightforward: cut the power, choose a level mounting spot with uniform height, and ensure direct alignment of the probe. When wiring, connect correct polarity and verify that the indicator light shows normal operation. Note: brackets are sold separately; this unit does not include a mounting bracket.
