You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Getting set up is straightforward: attach the transmitter to your Nest Doorbell using the 18-24VAC power supply (18VA maximum power adapter not included), plug in the receiver, and complete the pairing in the Google Home app.
As a Made for Google Nest accessory, the Wasserstein chime is engineered for smooth integration with Google’s ecosystem, balancing dependable operation with easy installation. If you don’t already have a compatible power adapter, you’ll need to supply one, since the included adapter is not part of this package.
Compatibility note: This chime is intended for Nest Doorbell wired models 2nd and 3rd Gen and is not compatible with Nest Doorbell Battery models. If you need a solution for battery-powered setups, consider alternatives designed for that configuration.

We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
