Description
xOverview
The Vaughan RM24 24 oz Soft Face Rubber Mallet blends power with gentleness. Designed for demanding applications, this mallet uses a 24 oz drop-forged, heat-treated American high carbon steel head to deliver controlled driving while protecting surfaces.
Two tip options for surface care
Replaceable 2 inch diameter rubber tips give you the flexibility you need in real-world tasks. The non-marring white tip protects delicate surfaces, while a white and black tip combination covers a broader range of materials and tasks.

- White tip for delicate surfaces
- White/black tip combo for versatile tasks
Built to last
The head features a rust-resistant powder-coated finish, reducing wear from moisture, dust, and chemicals often found in busy work environments. This makes the mallet reliable across workshops, garages, and job sites.
Grip and handling
An American hickory handle with a Sure-Lock wedge in a tapered eye keeps the tool aligned and comfortable in your grip, supporting longer use with less fatigue and improved control during precise work.
