It yields a continuous rubber film that expands and contracts with the surface, helping to keep water and moisture on the outside where it belongs.

Key attributes include strong elasticity, long-lasting weather resistance, and broad adhesion to multiple materials. The sealant begins forming an initial film in about 2–4 hours, then cures into a dense rubber membrane that stays flexible across a wide temperature range. It adheres well to metal, concrete, wood, and many other surfaces, helping to reduce crack propagation and future leaks as conditions change.

• Vertical concrete foundations at 0.6 mm thickness cover about 2 m²; flat/low-slope roofs at 1 mm thickness cover about 1 m².
