Description
xEngineered for tough ferrous metals
The TOMAX 12-Inch 60-Tooth Industrial Saw Blade is built to deliver consistent performance when you’re cutting ferrous materials. The blade features cermet teeth, which provide noticeably longer life than traditional abrasive discs and help you maintain steady progress through busy fabrication days.
- Durable cermet teeth offer extended blade life compared to standard abrasive discs.
- Higher heat tolerance supports cooler cutting, reducing thermal strain on the workpiece and blade.
What you can cut with confidence
This blade is designed to handle a wide range of mild steel shapes, including pipe, angle iron, tubes, channels, steel studs, and solid bars. The 60-tooth configuration promotes cleaner edges and smoother finishes on both square and round stock, making it a versatile choice for fabrication and shop floor tasks.
- Mild steel profiles: pipe, angle iron, tube, channels, studs, and solid bars.
- Cleaner edge quality suitable for downstream finishing and assembly.
Compatibility and use in the real world
Designed for low-RPM metal cutting saws, typically operating in the 1700–2000 RPM range. The blade comes with a standard 1-inch arbor, broadening compatibility with popular saws. When mounting, verify arbor compatibility on your specific tool and follow safety guidelines for best results.
Quality you can rely on
Tomax stands behind this blade with a quality guarantee and a 100% risk-free satisfaction promise, giving you confidence in your investment while you tackle ongoing metalworking projects.
