You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

SECRUI's Door Chime offers a flexible, wireless alert system designed for home, office, or small business environments. Built to be easy to install and easy to adjust, it helps you stay aware of door activity without turning up the volume on every other alert.
Whether you are managing a busy entry in a shop, watching for a toddler in the doorway, or coordinating a small office, this system aims to provide timely, unobtrusive notification.
The door sensor uses a magnetic strip that triggers the receiver when separated. When the door opens or the magnet part moves away, the receiver plays one of the 52 chimes and lights the LED indicator.
Included in the pack are 2 receivers and 3 sensors. The system is expandable with additional SECRUI door sensors or doorbells to broaden coverage as needs change.
Set the chime to a comfortable level when you work or relax, or switch tones to signal different entry points. The variety of chimes makes it easy to assign distinct alerts for family, visitors, or staff.

We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
