You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

While the official spec highlights a 500 ft range, practical indoor use typically achieves reliable connections up to about 100 ft between sensor and receiver, with performance varying by space and layout. This system is built to help you stay informed, without requiring you to monitor every moment in person.
Install the receiver close to your router (within about 33 ft is recommended) and connect it to the Tuya/Smart Life app. Attach sensors to doors, windows, cabinets, or even appliances using the included adhesive. The system supports multiple locations indoors, with a practical sensor-to-receiver distance of up to 100 ft in typical environments. The device communicates over 2.4GHz WiFi, so ensure your network is compatible before setup.

To get the most out of the system, connect to a stable 2.4GHz network, follow the app pairing steps for Tuya/Smart Life, and place sensors where they will be most effective (high-traffic doors, medication cabinets, etc.). Note that 5GHz WiFi is not supported and environmental factors may influence range. If you plan to share alerts, the app can notify other users without extra fees, while some notification methods may carry optional subscription costs.

We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
