Description
xOverview
Discover the Orion Motor Tech 6-Piece Metric Ratcheting Wrench Set, designed for dependable performance across automotive tasks, motorcycle maintenance, and DIY repairs. This set concentrates power, precision, and reach into a compact toolkit that helps you tackle stubborn fasteners with confidence.
What’s in the set
- Six metric sizes: 8×10 mm, 9×11 mm, 12×14 mm, 13×15 mm, 16×18 mm, and 17×19 mm to cover common fasteners.
Materials and durability
- Constructed from robust 40CrV steel with a protective powder-coated finish for lasting strength and corrosion resistance.
Design for control and leverage
- Extra-long handles are approximately 20% longer than standard wrenches, offering greater leverage for tougher bolts.
- Box-end heads provide 12 points of contact and a 72-tooth gearing system, needing only a 5° swing to ratchet fasteners.
- Dual flex-head design rotates 180°, allowing you to apply force from multiple angles in tight spaces.
Real-world use
These wrenches are suited for under-hood work, wheel wells, and cramped engine bays. The combination of smooth gearing and high-strength steel helps you engage fasteners reliably, even in challenging configurations.
Care and maintenance
- Wipe clean and dry after use to prevent moisture buildup.
- Store in a dry toolbox or organizer to maintain performance and finish.
- Periodically inspect box ends and rotate regularly to keep operation smooth.
- Avoid dropping on hard surfaces to protect the gear and joints.
