You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Placed thoughtfully, it helps your smart lamps and devices respond more consistently across larger spaces. A connected hub is required to unlock full control and features.
Imagine a home office where a desk lamp, ambient lighting, and a monitor light all rely on a single hub. The New One dimmer plug can sit in the same outlet as the lamp, reducing the number of smart plugs needed and helping scenes feel smoother.
The plug works with popular Z-Wave hubs including SmartThings, Vera, Wink, Fibaro, Homeseer, 2GIG, and Hubitat. Note that some hubs such as Echo Plus and certain Vivint hubs are not supported. The built in S2 security uses a QR code for pairing and helps prevent message replay and interception.
Despite its compact footprint, the outlet supports up to 300 W, making it suitable for lamps and small devices. When active as a repeater, it can relay signals through up to four network layers. A Z-Wave hub is required to enable full control and features.

We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
