Description
xOverview
Upgrade your Skullgard hard hat with the MSA Fas-Trac III replacement suspension. Built for continued reliability, this 4-point cap-style suspension delivers a secure, comfortable fit designed for demanding environments. It emphasizes easy adjustments, comfort, and dependable performance, aligning with MSA’s longstanding focus on high-quality safety gear.
Skullgard helmets are known for withstanding hot environments and heavy use, and the Fas-Trac III replacement suspension complements that durability by removing metal parts and streamlining wear. This combination supports steady wear through long shifts and active tasks, without compromising on flexibility or control.
Designed for comfort and control
The Fas-Trac III system prioritizes wearer comfort and practical usability. A lower nape strap enhances balance, while flush suspension tabs reduce pressure points. The built-in comfort padding improves airflow and adds cushioning, helping you stay more comfortable under extended wear. The ratchet mechanism moves smoothly and is easy to grasp—glove-friendly for quick, on-the-fly adjustments.
What makes it practical
- Three levels of nape-strap adjustment tailor fit to head shape and preference.
- No metal parts, enabling broader compatibility across applications and environments.
- Improved stability and retention for reliable daily wear during active tasks.
- Durable, easy-to-use ratchet that accommodates quick sizing changes with or without gloves.
Size and compatibility
Sizing includes Small (6 to 7 1/8 inches), Standard (6 1/2 to 8 inches), and Large (7 to 8 1/2 inches). Choose the size that matches your head circumference for optimal support and comfort.
