xOverview
The LEXIVON LX-775 Butane Torch Lighter is a compact, pro‑grade tool built around a durable 100% aluminum tank. Its leak‑proof design pairs with a reliable self‑ignition system and a safety lock, delivering controlled heat for a variety of tasks—from culinary finesse to light DIY work. The result is a versatile tool that fits comfortably in a kitchen drawer or a workshop tote, ready when inspiration strikes.
Why this torch stands out
- Self‑ignition offers quick, reliable startup for focused tasks without fumbling for a lighter.
- A CE‑compliant safety framework, including a child safety lock and anti‑flaring technology, adds peace of mind during operation.
Key capabilities and precision heat
- Powerful, adjustable flame heats up to 2372°F (1300°C) with a core reach of 1.4 inches and an extended reach of 5.3 inches for precise aiming.
- Fuel capacity of 0.7 oz supports long sessions: up to 70 minutes on low flame, about 30 minutes on high.
Versatility for culinary and DIY projects
Designed to bridge kitchen artistry and workshop practicality, this torch handles caramelization, multi‑layer culinary finishing, copper pipe soldering, and light welding. Its compact form and robust build make it suitable for intricate tasks that demand steady heat and control.
Durability, safety, and care
The aluminum tank offers durable, leak‑proof performance in daily use. To maximize safety, keep the unit on a stable surface during operation and follow standard fuel handling practices. When not in use, store with the safety lock engaged.
Tips for best results
- Practice steady, sweeping motions to avoid scorching delicate surfaces when caramelizing desserts.
- Adjust flame first, then apply heat to ensure even results on both culinary and DIY tasks.
