This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The 9306B orange cartridge focuses on taste, odor, and aesthetic chlorine before the water reaches the postfilters. By addressing these elements early, you may experience a crisper taste and a lighter aroma, without making guarantees about exact results.
This two-pack is compatible with a range of Kinetico configurations, including K2 by Kinetico drinking water systems, Plus Deluxe VX and GX models, Purfecta, Aquakinetic A200, and K5 drinking water stations. Replacement is recommended after your MACguard postfilter shuts down (roughly 500 gallons of water), and at least once per year as part of routine maintenance.

The postfilter remains the final polishing stage, while the prefilters help extend its life.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
