There are several installation paths to suit different openings. Placing the hard PVC portion on the top edge creates a contact point as the door folds, while mounting the PVC on the underside of the header allows the vinyl flap to seal against the door. For maximum seal, you can install the top seal on both the door and the opening exterior, achieving a double-seal configuration.
