You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Always verify compatibility by checking your original remote.
Installation is straightforward if you have a similar receiver. Open the old remote’s battery cover to view the DIP switches, then slide the new remote’s DIP codes to mirror the original pattern. After aligning the codes, insert a 9V battery (not included) and test the connection with your fan.
Note: This is a replacement remote only and does not include a receiver. If your original transmitter differs in appearance, a complete kit with a receiver may be required to restore full functionality.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
