This approach helps minimize visible hardware while still delivering solid adhesion and alignment.

With a pivoting 8 mm shaft and a wood-thread coach bolt, the system can be hand-wound directly into the post. Once the handrail is bored and angle-cut, the components join quickly and tighten securely. The 13.960 upper connector is engineered for acute angles and slots into the rail with a pre-installed shaft, then tightens through the included T30 Torx driver for a precise, durable connection. Important: do not use an impact driver to tighten the gear housing.
