You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Whether you’re setting up a SAR rig, a patrol kit, or a skiing helmet for winter operations, this adapter focuses on broad compatibility. The kit integrates with EXFIL Rail 2.0, 3.0, and EXFIL SAR Rail Systems, and it’s designed to work alongside Team Wendy Exfil, SAR, and ski helmets.
The adapter replaces a rigid metal headband with a lighter, curved profile that sits closer to the head. The result is a more even weight distribution and fewer pressure points, supporting comfortable wear during long shifts or extended field use. You’ll still have a secure mounting that stays in place as you move.

We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
