You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Designed for exterior environments, this dual-outlet smart plug features an IP65 weatherproof housing, allowing you to connect exterior lights, garden pumps, or seasonal decorations even in damp conditions. For best waterproof performance, hang the unit vertically as noted in the setup guide.
The MP24Z provides two independently controlled outlets, so you can manage two devices separately or together. Rename each outlet, control them via your hub, the companion app, or through voice commands once connected to a compatible assistant. Compared with typical Wi-Fi devices, Z-Wave often offers lower power use and stronger security when paired with a trusted hub.
Set daily schedules or timers to automate turning devices on or off. The MP24Z supports remote control via a companion app and works with voice control when paired with a compatible ecosystem. This setup enables routine automation without leaving devices on unnecessarily.
Works with major Z-Wave hubs such as SmartThings, Vera, Fibaro, Hubitat, and Home Assistant. It can also enable voice control through Alexa or Google Assistant when used with a Z-Wave hub. The device uses the 908.42 MHz band and is FCC and ETL listed. Note that it cannot connect directly to Echo Plus and may not be compatible with some brands.
Important notes: A Z-Wave hub is required for operation, and this outlet is not designed to work as a standalone device. If you’re building outdoor automation with a Z-Wave system, MP24Z can be a useful part of the setup.

We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by payment provider, but most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
