GlobMarble XS-327 is a two‑component, water‑based polyurethane sealer designed for concrete countertops and other cementitious surfaces. It delivers a durable matte finish with strong resistance to heat, scratches, oils, and common household stains, while remaining low in volatile organic compounds. This formulation dries to a non‑yellowing, protective barrier that remains visually true to the surface you seal.

• Mixing ratio: 3 parts A to 2 parts B; water may be added per guidance to adjust workability.
• Coverage: approximately 100 ft² per quart when catalyzed and diluted; typical thickness is around 4 mils wet and 2 mils cured.
• Application: suitable for spray or roller application on horizontal concrete surfaces; dries to a matte, clear finish.
• Packaging: XS 327A (quart) and XS 327B (pint) for convenient batching and storage.
