You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Eyedro ships with two 200A sensors, an Ethernet cable, a power adapter, and access to the MyEyedro cloud. It works with WiFi or wired Ethernet and supports solar, grid, or net metering setups. All components are designed for simple installation and long term reliability.
Note that a single Eyedro Home can monitor either grid energy or solar or net metering. To separate grid usage from solar production, two Eyedro Home units are needed and there is a Net Meter plugin in the MyEyedro software that requires two meters to activate. If you need setup support, Eyedro Technical Support is available to assist with configuration.

We offer free shipping on all products across Canada. Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take 5–7 business days.
We may ship with Asendia, UniUni, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your address, package size, and the item’s handling requirements. P.O. Boxes are accepted where the selected carrier supports them.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition you received them (new, unused, and with original packaging where applicable). If you receive the wrong or defective item, we’ll make it right.
