You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Unlike the old drip trick, this system senses the internal water temperature and releases water only as temperatures approach 37°F (3°C). As conditions shift, the drip-rate adjusts automatically, maintaining protection around your faucet while using the least possible water. The result is a quiet, almost invisible operation that can run in the background as winter tightens its grip.
Install is intentionally simple: hand-tighten the Freeze Miser onto your exterior faucet, then open the faucet fully to ensure adequate pressure for the device to work. The Y connector completes the setup, linking to a hose or trough valve without complex plumbing. This arrangement is designed to work with hoses up to 150 ft in length.
