We ship to addresses including PO Boxes within Canada.

2) Processing time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to stock availability. Once processed, your order will be handed off to a carrier for delivery.

3) Delivery estimates

• Standard areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch (estimate).
• Remote areas: delivery may take 5–7 business days after dispatch (estimate).

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by weather, carrier operations, and local conditions.

4) Carriers

We may ship using one of the following carriers, depending on your address, package size, and the sensitivity of the item:

• FedEx
• Canada Post

5) Tracking

Tracking may be provided when available. If tracking is available, you’ll receive it in your shipping confirmation.

6) Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete (unit number, buzzer code, and postal code). HandySkook is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7) Undeliverable or returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to confirm next steps.

8) Delays, lost shipments, and damaged deliveries

• Delays or missing packages: Contact us with your order number and postal code. We will investigate with the carrier.
• Damaged deliveries: Keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging.
